Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery Area

Triple F Cafe currently offers local home delivery within approximately 1 km of the cafe at Panchwati Nagar, Bazar Samiti, Patna. Delivery availability is checked during checkout using the customer's location.

Delivery Time

Delivery time is an estimate and can vary depending on food preparation, order volume, traffic, weather and other local conditions. Customers may be contacted if there is an unexpected delay.

Delivery Charges

Any applicable delivery charge will be shown to the customer before the order is submitted. If no delivery charge is displayed, no separate delivery charge is added through the website at that stage.

Customer Availability

Customers should provide a complete address and remain reachable on the provided mobile number. If the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or delivery cannot be completed, our support team may contact the customer to resolve the issue.

Service Limitations

The delivery radius is a local service limit and does not represent nationwide or international shipping. Triple F Cafe currently serves its local delivery area around the cafe.

Address Details and Location Verification

Please provide the correct house or flat number, building name, floor and a useful landmark when checkout asks for these details. The location check helps determine whether the address is within the local delivery area; it does not replace the need for clear written address details. An incomplete address or an unreachable phone number can delay the handover.

Order Updates and Unexpected Delays

Keep the mobile number used for the order available so the cafe or delivery team can contact you if additional directions are needed. Preparation time, high order volume, traffic, weather and availability can affect the estimated delivery time. If your order appears delayed or you need help with the delivery address, contact support and provide the order number when available.

Please review the cart total, delivery charge and address before placing the order. Delivery is currently a local service around the cafe and is not a parcel or nationwide shipping service. A delivery request can only be accepted when the website confirms that the location and current operating conditions permit it.
